Cross Country Camp Description:
This camp is designed to teach the basics of Cross Country. We will compete in four races on Sunday afternoon. Running can be a great release for younger and older kids, so attending Cross Country Camp can be a fun opportunity for those who love to run long distances. Cross Country camp helps both boys and girls master the fundamentals of running, plus they stregthen race techniques and improve upon proper mechanics. Skills that will be focused on at camp:
Plyometrics Dynamics Proper Running Techniques
Hills Speed Distance Training
There will be two practices a week from 5:30 to 7:00pm. First practice is Monday, September 10.
